Flight cancellation compensation
recovery service for claims under EU regulation 261/2004
Has your flight been cancelled ? Have you read EU Regulation
261/2004. Do you feel that you are entitled to compensation?
Has the airline blamed “circumstances beyond their control” or “extraordinary
circumstances” as an excuse to avoid paying your compensation.
Has your flight been “delayed” for a considerable
period? Could this legally be classed as a cancellation rather
than a delay?
Are you tired of Airlines pulling your leg? Well stand back and
let the Flightmole burrow on your behalf.
Flightmole, in conjunction with Aviation Loss Consultants Limited,
can review your claim and recover compensation on your behalf.
Why use the Flightmole recovery service?
Because we are experts and this is a complicated area.
Airlines often attempt to fob-off individual passenger claims.
Other airlines will embark on a war of attrition. Airlines may
ignore you or provide excuses that are not sufficient in law
to deprive you of successful recovery.
Airlines know that only very knowledgeable claimants have the
skills to be successful in this complex area.
The stakes are high for airlines. If they settle claims they often seek to
obtain a confidentiality agreement from the claimant as part of the settlement.
Airlines will often settle with passengers in the confidence that those passengers
can not shout about it to their fellow passengers.
You may already have written to an airline and been rebuffed. You feel aggrieved
and seek assistance in this complex and fast-changing area.
You can make a claim yourself just as you can decorate your own house or service
your own car. Alternatively or you can instruct an expert to get the job done.
Flightmole can use knowledge of various claims to assist you particular claim
The Flightmole recovery service is offered on a “no-win, no-fee” basis.
You will only pay if you are successful .
So what do you have to lose?
Flightmole charges a simple 25% of compensation recovered. This is deducted
from the compensation received from the airline.
